I’ve created this space as a resource for myself and others, to store my favorite ingredients and recipes for easy access and future inspiration/use.

The motivation to create this site came about when I discovered cooking in college takes time I often don’t feel like I have.  In addition, there’s a fairly long list of foods that trigger allergic reactions for me.  The simple task of creating a meal can often be frustrating and overly complex.  By storing my favorite recipes and collecting/adapting recipes from my family and friends and the web, I can easily refer back to them, as well as share with others.

Recipes on this site exclude the following foods:

  • Gluten
  • Corn
  • Nightshades (tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, eggplant, paprika, etc.)(for the most part)
  • Eggs (for the most part)
